Paper Submission
⚠️ Important: All submissions must be 2 pages maximum and pass the IEEE PDF eXpress check before uploading to EDAS.
Step 1: Format Your Paper
Your paper must strictly follow these requirements:
- Paper Size: A4
- Length: Exactly 2 Pages (including figures & references)
- Language: English
- File Format: PDF only
Step 2: Validate PDF (PDF eXpress)
Before submitting to EDAS, you must validate your file to ensure it is IEEE Xplore compliant.
Conference ID: 67946X
- Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress Website.
- Create a new account (or login) using Conference ID: 67946X.
- Upload your source file (Word) or PDF for conversion/validation.
- You will receive the compliant PDF via email. Use this file for Step 3.
Step 3: Submit to EDAS
Once you have your validated PDF:
- Log in to EDAS (or create an account).
- Click the link below to access the IWSA 2025 track.
- Upload your PDF eXpress validated file.

- Is the paper exactly 2 pages?
- Does it strictly follow the IEEE template?
- Has the PDF been passed through PDF eXpress (ID: 67946X)?
- Have all authors been added to the EDAS entry?
