Package Inclusions
Please review the inclusions of each registration package before making your selection:
Conference Access Package
• Provides access to the conference, including all sessions and activities.
• Includes lunch, banquet, and tea breaks during the conference.
• Covers registration for 2 paper submissions.
Exhibition Access Package
• Provides access to 1 booth.
• Covers the registration for 1 Conference Access Package.
InnoMaker Package
• Submit a technical problem, which will become part of the InnoMaker competition.
• Provides access to 1 booth.
• Includes accommodation for two persons for two nights.
• Covers the registration for 2 Conference Access Packages.
• Invited to award prizes at the workshop.
Registration Instructions
1. Select Your Payment Method: Please choose the payment method that corresponds to your location:
• Inter-bank Transfer: If you are a resident of Macau, please use inter-bank transfer in Macanese Pataca (MOP).
• QR Code Payment: If you are registering from mainland China, please use QR code payment in Chinese Yuan (RMB).
• SWIFT Transfer: If you are registering from overseas, please use SWIFT Transfer in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Choose Your Package: Select the registration package that best suits your participation type.
3. Payment: Complete the registration payment using the selected method and currency that corresponds to your location. Refer to the specific payment information for each payment method on their respective pages. Please put IWSA and your name in the comment of the payment.
4. Confirmation and Registration Form: After your payment is successfully processed, please fill out the Registration Form and attach a scan or screen capture of the payment. Send the completed form and payment proof to [email protected]. This step is essential for confirming your registration.
• Email Title: When sending your registration form and payment proof, please use the following format for the email title: “Registration Form – [Your Full Name] – [Payment Method] – [Registration Package].”
5. Join the Event: On the event day, use the provided access links to join the event, exhibitions, or competitions as per your selected package.
